The
Futura, Scotty’s latest addition to the Cameron franchise has been in the prototype stage for years and has now finally made its way into production. Since working with some of the biggest names in golf, including Phil Mickelson, Scotty has been able to refine the Futura to its current design. The Futura has a unique weight distribution with 75% of the weight being in the stainless “horseshoe” and 25% being in the face and body. This combination of balance allows the Futura to perform like no other putter we have ever tested. The ball rolls immediately off the face of the putter without ever digging into the green. The sole was designed so the putter never closes when setting up to the ball and the topline is shaped for a contoured look. Finally, two plugs have been milled into the back of the face and stainless weights have been applied to create even more stability and give the putter that solid sound and feel. This new putter is a revolution to the game of golf and has been approved by both the R & A and the
USGA. Read more... |

BogeyPro
Label Targets Golfers Who Can Take A Joke!
Listen up on almost any golf course in the
land and you'll hear shouts of triumph sprinkled among curses of
frustration. Now three longtime golfers are trying to make money by
contending that the game is good for a laugh. The
three Minnesota advertising pros have created a brand of golf merchandise
that brings self-deprecating whimsy to a sport that has humbled even
mighty pros. Unlike marketers whose balls, shirts and hats try to
associate the buyer with a golf hero, a legendary course or top-flight
performance, the new BogeyPro brand pokes fun at those who take the game
oh-so-seriously. Read

Thomas
Golf recently introduced the Thomas SightLine woods
and people are taking notice. Consistent results are the
reward. The prime reason is that Thomas Golf recognizes and
responds to the principle ailment of the average golfer,
alignment. Research in visual perception shows that
traditional Woods with curved tops are hard to align to the
target, but the level TOP-PLANE and ALIGNMENT INDICATOR of
the Thomas Golf Woods, make for easy alignment of the club
to the target line. The golfer's feet, hips, and shoulders
can then be easily set up parallel to the indicator and
target line. Professional instructors around the world
emphasize these factors as the essential elements to
achieving a successful swing and ball flight. Read

BreakMaster Digital Green Reader:
Are you hitting every breaking putt? Or are you, like most of us, saying, "Gee, I sure underestimated that break" or "Wow, that putt broke way less than I thought"? The fact is, the slope of the green is the single biggest factor in how much your putt will break on the way to the hole.
The BreakMaster Digital Green Reader is a precision electronic device that accurately locates the downhill direction (or fall line) of the green, measures the precise angle of slope (from 0.0 - 9.9 degrees) and provides a full readout of both on its LCD display. Call Exelys at 1-818-385-0824 or visit their web site at www.exelys.com for more information. |
