"Actually choosing a favorite hole becomes a pleasurable dilemma - something akin to choosing a favorite color or song. The wind along the course becomes a factor here as well. You can’t touch the wind or see it, and yet it allows each hole to be played differently with every round. Each and every hole on the course has become my favorite at some time or another, but I am constantly challenged and humbled by the 18th hole. After hitting the ball to the green the spectacular view of the sea reminds me of why I chose this profession; the game and its challenges are their own reward."

Grande Mer - Featuring grand sights and several semi-private beach walkovers, Grande Mer captures the essence of seaside living. For the remaining available homesites, prices currently range from $275,000 for an interior site to $750,000 for a premiere oceanfront location.

Island Estates - The only neighborhood within Hammock Dunes offering waterfront homesites on the Intracoastal Waterway. Island Estates is a gated neighborhood that is accessible by two bridges. The main gate is manned 24-hours a day. This neighborhoood is located on a 2½ mile long island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Florida East Coast Canal. Homesites average approximately 1 acre, although individual lot sizes may vary. Waterfront footage per lot ranges up to 200 feet. Some contiguous homesites may be combined into a single homesite. Homesite prices currently range from $133,200 to $477,000 with the special tip of the island priced at $750,000.

San Gabriel - A single family neighborhood offering gracious waterfront living on lakes, within walking distance of the beach. A lovely neighborhood setting planned for 37 single family homesites averaging ½ acre in size, although individual sites vary. Prices currently range from $171,300 - $276,600

Measures are in place to protect and preserve the character and quality of Hammock Dunes. The Hammock Dunes Design Review Committee must approve all home designs within Hammock Dunes. All single family homes must be 2,500 square feet or larger. Specific neighborhoods may have higher thresholds
