Designed by the legendary Bill Bell, Jr., the Alisal Ranch Golf Course stretches for over 6,500 yards among venerable oaks and centuries-old sycamores. An abundance of wildlife, including numerous black-tailed deer, several varieties of hawks, red fox, and the ubiquitous California magpie, find safe haven on and around the secluded course.

An ancient seasonal creek carved the narrow valley that cradles the course. Sometimes crossing, sometimes parallel, Alisal Creek is in play on 12 holes, requiring careful thought in club and shot selection. Putting skill is tested as well, on greens that require proper placement of approach shots to avoid three puts. The Ranch Course is a shot-maker's course reflecting the old style of course design seldom found in modern golf course architecture.

Green fees are $90 for 18 holes and carts are available for $15 per rider. Reciprocal fees for other private club members are $90 and there is an additional fee for carts.
